This was in the Kansas City Star this morning. (Mike Huckabee was a Republican Presidential candidate, until last night, when he dropped out because John McCain lock-up the nomination.) From the Star:


Huckabee, who describes himself as a "diehard" Rolling Stones fan, trotted out a "special guest" Jagger the other night.

Sadly, it wasn't Mick, but his younger brother Chris.

And, perhaps worse, Huckabee didn't know that. In fact, reports note that after gushing about being a huge fan and having almost all their stuff on vinyl, Huck invited Jagger to sing with him at a campaign rally.

Jagger "eagerly agreed".

Huck, in the end, "was told that he'd been duped."

I knew I liked Huck for some reason!
