It seems that almost every major rock band in the mid 60s used a Rickenbacker at least once. However, I have never seen a picture of either Brian or Keith with one. Over at the Venues Picture thread someone posted a pic of the Stones from the mid-60s and sitting behind Brians amps was a Rickenbacker. So does anyone have any pics of the Stones playing Rickenbackers or can anyone shed any info on the stones usage?

I believe Brian used a Ric on Blue Turns to Grey, I'm Free (rhythm), and The Singer, Not the Song, all tracks from December's Children.

I vaguely recall a Mick Taylor interview in which he said a Rickenbacker was used during the EOMS recording session and stolen with other guitars from Keith's house.

No it was from the house in France.

Thanks for the info. I didnt associate the stones with Rickenbacker.
