I saw these at least twice, dont know if they were the exact same commercial or two different ones, but both were Dell ads.
Maybe someone else can fill in the details about the commercials.

i saw one - a young guy walking around with a laptop, surrounded by people - a woman kisses him, catching him offguard. a little like mick's video, except with a laptop.

The ad is specifically in support of (Red) Dell computers. (Red) is the co-chaired initiative by Dell and Bono which supports Aids treatment in Africa. Many other products are available in (Red) and a portion then goes to the initiative.
