I think Keith use for the accoustic version of Sympathy and for Silver Blanket open D tuning. You can see it, i think, in the One plus One Movie.

In an interview in the seventies he said, that he began with open D tuning in 1967/68.

Keith's acoustic is tuned to open D with a capo on the 2nd fret and his les paul custom is tuned to open E for the early symapthy takes and that untitled track.

The custom is in standard tuning for the latter Sympathy takes once he's plugged in to the Vox AC30 and starts riffing and soloing.

How do you know that 'untitled' track they are messing about with is Silver Blanket?

Silver Blanket was the working title for Salt of the Earth.

I haven't watched one plus one in years, is there another track on it they are working on? I only remember the various versions of sympathy.

i understand your assertion - i'm asking who (besides you) calls it Lady.

It ounds like an early version of "Stray Cat Blues" to me, same riffs from Keith. (I'm speaking of SFTD here; I've not seen ONE PLUS ONE.)
