four of six are pretty inaccurate singers if i may say so,
the atmosphere was good and we sang loud.

Someone asked me about this the other day. That person asked me if I was a royalist, and I did not know what that meant.

The fleur-de-lis is a symbol of New Orleans, where I live. It is also used by other cultures and organisations, including the Boy Scouts.

Yeah! Brown Sugar as our state song.
That would go over about as well as Dead Flowers at the flowershop!
Actually, I think Randy Newman's "Louisiana 1927" would be more fitting, especially these last couple of years.

6853, I would like to visit Iceland sometime especially when the northern lights are most active. Is there a particular time of year when you can always see the lights, or would I have to take a chance on visiting without the experience?

I am going to do some research on that since i am not at all sure when,
i reckon though it is around newyears time when it is darkest. i have heard of tourists coming here all the way from japan, around christmas just to se the northern lights.

when you come you must come to flowershop coffee also..!
next saturday we will concentrate on dead flowers, and paint it black, which is among the most "groupsingingfriendly" (easy to sing in a quoir) stones songs !

We did not really dig into Dead Flowers this time, although i had prepared the printout of the lyrics , prob because the majority of my frindes dont know the song and it is a bit tricky to sing, ie the verses. We will try again later.
But we really gave Paint it black a good run and it worked very well.
htw was there, bS, angie, and some more. Angie always goes well btw.
Actually the flowershopowner is prepairing a web side and she was taking picutures of us for it ...wow wow
