preferably some that are actual 'rarities' this time instead of samplers from multi-platinum albums like 'Stripped'.....

'the Storm' is a rarity. The other two are unreleased outtakes. Save them for a separate project of other such material. ("Still a fool" is from 1968 anyway, and I'd imagine any 'Rarities' releases would only cover the period from 1971 onwards)
Can't see how they can release 'Claudine' anyway. If it was litigious in 1980, then its surely still litigious in 2007.

But in fact, I'd prefer the band to have some songwriting sessions for some new material instead of putting out another set of previously released material.

this is an easy question, from 71 onwards Rarities 2: everything is turning to gold Think I´m going mad Cook cook blues The storm so young I´m gonna drive Jump on top of me Honest i do Hurricane Under the radar Wanna go home
When the wip comes down (live) 2000 light years from home (live) play with fire (live) Undercover of the night (live) Harlem shuffle (live) Black limousine (live) All down the line (live)
The Rocky Road to Dublin Payin´ the cost to the boss
they could also add some remixes, and some dvd live tracks as they did on number one. If they release all the single tracks they can make it up to volume 4. But the most important thing about this is that I don´t think we need such bad made stuff

A rarity would be a recording that was previously commercially released to the public, but is now hard to find. These would include singles B sides which could be studio, live and remix tracks, songs that appeared only on movie soundtracks (Honest I Do) and songs performed with other artists but have never appeared on Stones albums (the Chieftans and BB King songs mentioned above). Hurricane is a rarity that was never actually sold to the public, as it was a gift for people giving money to charity, but it was released to the public. Rarities do not include previously unreleased studio tracks.
