Seems like Keith stole Ronnie's solo on Rough Justice when they played it live in Belgium. Ronnie looked surprise but it rocked and they keep using it now.
ha - you never know Ronnie what Keith can do ;P

I remember hearing a rather old Ronnie interview where he says "I better learn to live with this guy if I want to be around for a while." Something to that effect. I think it was from 25x5.

Remember that too. Didn't it have something to do with Keith wiping Ronnie's parts from IORR?

I think you're right, Sohoe. I remember it being early on with Ronnie's involvement with the band, trying not to step on anyone's (especially Keith's) toes.

The studio talk on the boot of Keith and Ronnie doing background vocals on "You Got It Made" is very revealing about their relationship and why it takes so long for them to make a record. Real fun to listen to.

Among my favorites - Ronnie wants to know where they are at in the song.

Ronnie: "Where are we ,Keith? Give us a clue."

Keith: "At the corner of Walk and Don't Walk."

I've just listened to it yesterday.

yeah, Keith taking the RJ solo sounded good in the clip i listened to.
Ronnie did look surprised the first time i watched that clip, but then he got used to it. :E

(in other words: i think i was projecting my surprise onto Ronnie,
who was probably just having the usual share of opening-night whoa-nellys)
