This video was shot with the partial permission of Dylan. Bill Graham harasses the cameraman, so he only got what he got. Graham knew they were going to release an album from this tour and probably wanted to cut down on any bootleg sources. On one of the Bobfest '92 discs EC talks about this show and how much he admired Bob's "Yeah, come up, wing it and play" attitude. Fun to watch two pros getting it done, EC and MT.
