Just trying to sort out some flights.

Need some info about Belfast city Airport.

Looking at 1 hr 40 min between landing and taking off, is this possible or will I be pushing my luck.

Different carriers & I will have hand luggage only.

Will use online checkin if available.

You're using the airport to transfer? (George Best City Airport as its now called smiling smiley )

If so, you should be ok. Its the second airport in Belfast and its quite small and compact.

Great that is what I wanted to hear smiling smiley

I did look at the Floor plan and Arrivals looks nice and close to the Departure lounge.

One last question.

I take it is OK to pop out side for a smoke if I have time or is the smokling area miles away from the building.

Smoking in enclosed public areas in NI is banned as of last Monday.

Not sure if you could pop outside, probably you can - however the size of the terminal building means that youre never more than a few minutes walk from anything.

Thanks .

I can go 8 hrs between cigs without pulling my hair out, but it is nice to know the option is there.

Flights booked so just hoping Air Berlin fly on time.

George Best! My all time soccer hero... Fantastic thing they named the airport after him. I like that. He was a rock'n' roll footballer. Not many of them around these days, unfortunately.
