Although not where I live but elsewhere in the world it's already 2010 so on that note, I'll be in my town, Mandeville, Louisiana, with friends, possibly watching the fireworks over the Mississippi River in New Orleans from across Lake Pontchartrain on the lake shore looking southeast!!!

I can't see anything... Fog everywhere .. daytime it's better, sometimes (if it's clear) I can see the Alps.

but that fog can be kind of romantic..
