I reckon it is their best Chuck Berry cover. I'd like to see them do Sweet Little Rock n Roller. Maybe open with Rip This Joint and then launch into one of their Chuck Berry covers.
Put Me Down....The Killerman cut 3 thumpin' versions for Mr Phillips....they'll rip ya even for just the way he sings Call Me On Da Teleeeeeeeefffoneeee......Makes the drool flow the way he rolls that word....
Its about time BV is gonna make you the DJ of ''Tell me''than we have a soundtrack...cause live is short and good R&R tunes are also short...Cheers Rockman!!
Really one of the best R&R...i ahhh evah heard...you just cant beat those lyrics....''meanwhile I was still.....If i ever and i doubt it will get a record machine(i mean juke box) i want LQ on it...The R&S and the Killer and the Berry versions!!
Nobody plays Chuck like Keith... not even Chuck. Queenie would be a great addition to the set list, but Carol would be even better if they played it anywhere close to the way they did in 1969. Every time you make the scene you find the joint is jammed>

His biggest hit 'Get It On (Bang A Gong)' was based loosely on Little Queenie. In fact it didn't end up sounding much like Little Queenie at all. Hwever, in the fade out of the song he sang 'Meanwhile, I was still thinkin'...'
The Stones inb turn borrowed from Marc's song (the beat and lyrical content) for Brand New Car. I guess it's all one big circle.
Little Queenie? Yeah, would be fine! Or at least, I'd love to hear a Chuck Berry cover on their 2007 Europeen Tour. Though I guess it's not very likely, it would be fantastic if they would play Little Queenie, Rout 66 or sth like that.
