If only they would of sounded like that on Saturday Night. You can see Mick is starting to get sick. As a big Stones fan, it was tough to go to school on Monday trying to defend the boys after Mick lost his voice. The show must go on!

Yea i've watched that video. When i saw it for the first time im like, Oh DEAR! what happened to his voice? Then i read about how it was right at the end of the 78 tour. I still like to watch it though.
I heard Rockman that they had a party with John Belushi...and that was the reason Jag lost his voice at showtime..during the rehearsals he was on fire!!!So its the blues brothers fault....aint that right ''Rock''?

This is truly ragged glory...too bad Jagger left his best vocal licks on the SNL rehearsal stage...he blew his voice out and snorted mounds of blow, and by the time it was time to take the stage in front of millions his voice was SHATTERED! I was stunned and horrified...even though it was the Stones at their absolute punkiest...
I'm not sure what all the fuss and "horror" is about......yeah sure Jaggers voice was horse, but the Rolling Stones smoked that performance on LIVE TV.........their performance was epic..........they poured every smug ounce of their greatness into that 3 song set....I think my TV just about exploded when they were done with Shattered!!!!!!!!! great to see the rehersal too!!!!!!!!
... ronnie wood.... you're a part of the group now...
Now I know exactly how the 'drummerboy' quote has sounded...
Great video's, and what an act... If he, in 1978, had watched video's of himself, from 5/6 years earlier, even he must have thought: man, back in those days, I was the MAN, where did I go wrong? :-)
