If there is a tour-announcement this week, yes, then ticket-sales will start next monday!

I'd imagine they will vary significantly from one country to another. Plus, there has to be a window for presales as well.

Here in NL there is usually more than a week between announcement and start of official sale, and the official sale usually starts on saturdaymorning.

I remember little from the sale for ABB 06 in Paris, in my memory the started on tuesday, and the official sale started on friday.

Norway normally on Saturday morning, whyen people have time off to spend time buying tickets. But the Stones are bigger than most of us, so we will handle any day they go on sale.

Why? It's a good system to make money very easily. I don't see why they wouldn't use it again. It delays the public sale only for 24 hours, it's not a big deal.

That means sales of the Police on the 21st March (for Stade de France) and the Rolling Stones on the 26th March !!!

Thank You,leterey. I know the French thing is a nightmare same with them all but thank's i have Spain and Portugal handled. Like Gazza say's there better be presale through RS.com.

It's also in English, so don't worry. France has made very fast and great progress on the part of information/communication in English. All the e-mail, webthings and phonecalls I've made last year have been in English, and if the 'lady on the other side of the line' did not speak English very well, she passed the call on to another collegue. ONly positive experiences with Ticketnet.fr.

1)Any more news on Croke Park? Last I heard it was all but settled on. But It's suddenly gone very quiet.

2)Is it now too late to get fan-club membership for the pre-sale. And is this even worth doing? If so how do you do it?

3)When do you think tickets will go on sale after tomorrows announcemnt? I'm hoping not the weekend as I have no internet access. So Friday or Monday would be great.
