Bremen 1998 DVD question!!!

I've just finished downloading the Bremen 1998 DVD and I'm watching it right now. There's some remarkable footage on this DVD, especially during Miss You: Mick licking Lisa's toes! It's hilarious! He should do this more often on the upcoming Europe tour hahaha. But my question is: was this planned or not??? Or did it happen more often on the BTB tour??? What do you think?

It happened at all European shows I saw that year.

He as well did this thing at Moscow gig 11th of August 1998.Maybe he borrowed the idea from the Pulp Fiction dialogue?
