I'm trying to play Let It Loose... the main/intro guitar line, the one with the leslie effect on. Ironically I can do it pretty well on piano, but not on guitar, even though I'm a guitarist.

It starts on F, but is it really played in the 1st position? Then F/D# with barre on the 1st fret / first four strings? Or is it an open tuning? Please help...
