abb - stupid lyrics. life is short one look and its over - all i got is some memories stuck in an old shoebox. i dont think so

This song has a great groove which maybe deserved a better finished song to be built around it. It could have fermented into something much better if left in the locker a bit longer I suspect.

When was ABB released? And certain lyrics have only started irking people now?
Not the best lyrics admittedly but certainly not the worst. A great guitar opening and shattering drums.
Hmmm. No, I don't think this track deserves such a cheap, pointless thread shot at it but as we always say it's all about opinions.

Personally I keep my memories tucked down my shorts.

I liked it the first time i t came out - when it was called Wicked as is Seems. The second time when it was called Love Is Stong wasn't too bad either.

Yeah your right Beautiful Boy is pretty weak overall. But that line always sticks in my head.

It Won't Take Long always reminds me of If You Never Got Sick by The Wallflowers. I'm not too sure why. And it somewhat pales in comparison with that song, so for me, it's not a stand-out track from the Bigger Bang album.

It's one of the weaker tracks from ABB, but it's a good song, although it seems like a deliberate attempt at recreating Low Down, which is a better song.

Totally agree. It's in my Stones top 40 or so.

The Stones have never been about the lyrics... Embarrassing lyrics are strewn throughout their catalog. Who cares?
