Maybe Edith Grove knows something...

iggypop.org shows him at SXSW in Austin this year. I've heard he's going to tour the new album that's due in March.

There aren't too many bands I haven't seen live, but among them:

Number One would probably be a "real" Neil Young and Crazy Horse tour, not that Greendale slag of the last tour. The couple "real" songs he did during the last 45 minutes of the gig were just insanely good.

What is Peter doing these days?

Given that it reads "Stay Tuned" under the Performances section of his website, I hope getting ready to release a dsic and then play some shows. It seems every six months or so I write about a small show I saw him do at Fitzgeralds just outside of Chicago in 2003. What a show! And his Sleepless disc is one of my 10 Desert Island discs.

I, too, do not have many left that I have not seen, but here are the ones I've yet to catch in order...

and I will probably always sit on the fence about going to see U2. Though I did catch their recent Milan gig on TV, and was amazed at the lack of stage theatrics - Mick and the boys are much more active.


AC/DC was a phenomenal concert - are they retired? I've been wondering what happened to them. Their website says nothing. They are one of my all-time favorite bands.

Oh and The Who - how could I forget them??
