Pete Doherty was on the list but didn't make it to the top 5, can't remember where he came into the list. The list seemed to intend to only be for still-living hell-raisers and had some edited captions for James Brown's slot on the programme. Otherwise surely there would have been a very different list, Keith Moon could not have been missed off!
I was quite mystified about Ozzy Osbourne's placing at number 2. It seemed to be mostly justified by the fact that the US contributors could only understand about 25% of what he said. Apologies to any Brummies reading this, but I think this was more a result of his native city than his brain frying over the years.
As Chelses Drugstore said, at least Keith has class as well as the hellraising.
