1. Rockin the Fillmore by Humble Pie (Frampton on guitar)

2. Frampton Comes Alive by Peter Frampton

3. Live at Woodstock by Jimi Hendrix

4. Live at Leeds by The Who

5. One More From the Road by Lynyrd Skynyrd

2.One More From (for) The Road - Lynyrd Skynrd

These are just a couple off the top of my head. The Humble Pie one is good. I actually have that on vinyl. Is it available on CD?

James,

Which Greatful Dead do you consider to be their best live recording?

Have you had a chance to hear the live at Buffalo show on July 4th I believe that was recently released?

No, I haven't. Is it a download? Archive? I don't have much of those extension series.

My Dead collection is pretty much their basic offical releases. I don't know which one I consider their 'best, either. I do love the two I listed though.
I also really like Reckoning.

I don't know of any sites like this for the Dead where you can just download mp3s (like how mega posters like lickskeith and urbansteel set up their posts in 'Hot Stuff'.
