Keith, Ron & the Dirty Strangers

do any of you good people have accurate information about which tracks on this album Keith is on,
which Ronnie is on and which (if any) they're both on? i've read different versions:
Kris Needs says they're on six tracks - maybe meaning both of 'em are on all six -
but he doesn't say which ones;
Nico has it this way:
- Thrill Of The Thrill (Alan Clayton) -with KR on guitar
- Baby (Alastair Symons) -with RW on guitar
- Easy To Please (Alan Clayton) -with RW on guitar
- Wide Boys & Slim Pickings (Alan Clayton/Mark Harrison) -with KR on guitar
- Oh Yeah! (Alan Clayton) -with KR on guitar
- Didn’t Want To Be An Angel (Alan Clayton) -with KR on guitar
- Bathing Belles (Alan Clayton) -with KR on guitar
- Here She Comes (Alan Clayton) -with RW on guitar
- Diamonds (Alan Clayton) -with KR on guitar

but that doesn't altogether match what my ears feel about some of what i'm hearing,
so i'd welcome your insights. have some popcorn.

thanks Z - in other words not one number with both Keith and Ronnie on it?
interesting. i don't know beans about the Dirty Strangers but ... all right!
whichever was their earnestly aspiring Ron-alike guitarist got it pretty good on one of those tracks!

The CD has credits for every track.

When the LP was first released in Germany the album was pressed in the road where Nico lived !

There seam to be 2 versions of this cd. One mentions Keith, the other one not, or not on the same number of songs.

I have the 2CD version with both albums and live tracks.

the one i have (the 1-CD version) doesn't have credits - if it did i wouldn't be asking, i promise.
thanks for that list, Liddas, but ... do the asterisks mean that Keith's on those tracks? or that both Keith and Ronnie are on those?
and thanks for noting that there are different listings around, Mariannerl.
maybe someone could post them for comparison, please and thank you?

so funny. a thread about the Dirty Strangers crops up here like clockwork about every 6 months. Bottom line: this stuff is pure, utter crap. Why Ronnie and Keith soiled themselves with this project is beyond me.

wow - thank you very much indeed, Z!
the disk i have has 12 tracks: those 11 plus Diamonds. i take it the album's been repackaged a few times,
and it looks like it was the later editions that made a bigger point of Keith and Ron being on it?

thanks for the insight, StonesTod -
be that as it may, curious sssouls still want to know which tracks Keith and Ron are on

I think it's a great rock'n roll album. Nitty gritty down right rock'n roll.

thank you Rockman - so those credit listings match what Nico's got, but that doesn't quite match what my ears are telling me.
i'll listen to it again, but i think it's Oh Yeah where ... hm, so Paul Fox is the Ronnie-alike?
