Hey Jack Knife, well here's the Latest, Paying Cusotmers, are about an even 30,000 (Thirty thousand) so at least we know that's the amount of people will show up. Another Twenty Thousand tickets are being given away to VIP'S and Radio Shack and Local Radio Station 95.5 KLOS, they are giving away tickets every hour and have been since Friday. The weather is going to be great on Wed, so if thoes 20,000 people do show up it shoud be up to 50,000. However keep in mind giving away 20,000 tickets is alot of money the stones are not making. So all in all it should be packed by showtime smiling smiley

The Stones get paid the same regardless... the promoters will take the hit at this point... If they cancelled the show, they get zilch, if it's 30,000, well at least they get "something"....

Late Sunday I was caller 14 but needed to be 15 on KLOS! Oh well. What do ya think, 175 face near b-stage or hang tight and buy tickets at Dodger Stadium night of show? Cheers...

The 4 packs were pulled off around Saturday, tickets are only full price now.

Midnight, you will be taking a risk if you wait untill the last minute, so many tickets are being given away you might be able to get something decent at below cost, However!!!! remember every ticket is going to be double checked at the door becuase of the amount of free tickets out there, you can be rest assumered there are going to be fake tickets out there....so if you get one make sure this guy walks you to the door

Dan, you are right-however the demand for tickets has not increased at all...

As long as it's full, I don't care how it got that way.

The Rolling Stones have a guarantee so whether 50 or 50,000 show up, they get paid the same. However, fewer people means less money for the promoters, vendors, etc., but what are gonna do...?

Hang tight. I paid 22.50 in Foxboro and found some great empty seats.

why did they cancel Honolulu than? I guess the fear of an empty stadium was bigger than their greed. (Half) empty stadiums don't look good.

Isn't Cohl the promoter? Unlike the 'old' days when local or regional promoters paid a guarantee (and usually a % of the gate or any profit) to the band, I believe the Stones now run their own show, at least in North America.

I read that the got a guarantee for SARSstock in Toronto of $5,000,000 CA, for what was a nearly-free show (the best $16 US I have EVER spent). But that event was run by a separate promoter.
