Just purchased Jerry Lee Lewis " Last Man Standing "
I found it rather odd that the writing credits on "Evening Gown " were credited to Michael Phillip Jagger
" Honky Tonk Woman " credits were Michael Phillip Jagger & Keith Richards
Why would this be listed in this fashion ?

probably because "Evening Gown" isnt a Rolling Stones song and is from one of Jagger's solo albums

On the Wandering Spirit Lp the credits were M. Jagger , so maybe that's acceptable

he is asking why HTW would be credited in that way as RS songs are always Jagger/Richards

The record company told me that this CD was very much an initiative of Mick. He advised JLL to invite "friends" to do duets. Rest is history, it is a great album!

are you refering to mick using his real name?why not,if your refering to no credits on evening gown for keith,its mick soso(wandering spirit)which no stones fan should be without.and yes jerry lee's new album is terrific.
