I got a new version of this that is better than my tape copy of "Shake Yuour Hips". What a great tour this was.
One think I noticed is that Live With Me is performed before Midnight Rambler, and this is contrary to the track sequence noted from the recognized authorative sources. There are cuts between tracks indicating the sequence could have been switched on the recording, but I wonder which sequence is used for other versions of this show? Would someome please let me know.

Are all these tracks from Berlin Bob? Or is it a combined show maybe?

I would have no way of knowing, but if they are from more than one show the shows are of extremely similar quality. There are fifteen tracks, as listed in Zentgraff, with the exception of the sequence of the two songs I mentioned.
