The DVD advertises Mick as having a cameo appearance. I've skimmed the entire thing twice and can't see him anywhere. Any clues?

i didn't see Mick eiter. maybe they mean that little piece of State Of Shock?

I did see that but it hardly constitutes a "cameo appearance" listing on the cover.
