I've just heard that the 10/29 Beacon tickets that haven't been picked up on Saturday, per the purchase agreement, will be sold on Sunday morning at 9:00 am through TM.

My understanding is that there won't be a lot of tickets (no kidding), and that there won't be the same pick-up requirement of coming twice to the Beacon, it'll just be a "will call" thing.

I've heard this from a scalper from whom I was trying to buy some tickets for a couple of Stones fans. This guy/ organization/ gang has sold 1000's of tickets for all kinds of events, so there may be some truth to what he's saying.
They're likely going to sell them somehow.

So may I humbly suggest that anyone who's able to go to the Beacon tries TM on Sunday morning at 9:00? It won't hurt to try for ten minutes, and it may pay off big time. I know it may hurt a little if you don't get through, but wouldn't you rather take it to the wire trying with a spark of hope, than not try and find out that others got through this way?

theyve already announced officially that any tickets not picked up at the appointed time will be re-sold on the morning of the shows. Its not a rumour.

But the sales channel (TM) is kinda important (so folks aren't lined up at the Beacon), I hadn't heard that announcned; and the 9:00 part of it is kinda important if one were, say, to wait until 10:00. I hadn't heard the time announced either.

As well, I meant to suggest that I didn't get this directly from Mick's lips, thank goodness or I may have got the sniffles.

From what I was told, ticketmaster. I don't think that completely precludes the idea that some will be given away at the box office just before the gig, as there are probably some VIP tix that won't be used because of no-shows, not many but a handful would be my guess.

yeah but is it just tm online or can you go in person to the outlets

No clue. Perhaps a call to one of TM's bubbly customer service reps will bring clarity to this matter.

Personally, I'd do it online if I have a highspeed connection. I would prefer not to place my fate in the hands of a clerk at a kiosk. There just aren't enough tickets for that.

I've learned the hard way that TM outlets in Manhattan have awful ccomputers,SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!

I don't have high speed and got 2 tix for the 31st. So there is hope.
