Or is this show gonna be all about Bill. I don't mind singing happy birthday to Bill, but I hope it is the Bill Show.

Probably a lot of war horses to entertain the VIP's who might not fully appreciate "Some Girls"

Halloween will probably be "the show".

Given this isn't your typical show, anyone have any thoughts on how long it'll run? Number of songs? Guests (beyond Buddy Guy)?

In a nightmare last night, I saw all these celebrities on stage (Sharon Stone, Michael J. Fox, Michael Douglas, Angelina Jolie etc.) doing the "yeah, yeah, yeah, whoooooo"s on Brown Sugar.

Even the attention-crazed Clintons will probably figure out they'd better not talk too long before the music begins.

Re Angelina Jolie etc, promise me all of you lucky Beacon ticket holders that you will not agree to go to Africa and adopt children.

Feel free to dance in the aisles and don't let anyone stop you!

I'm putting myself up for adoption if Angelina's still in the market.

Don't forget that on the 1978 Tour they played for Ex-Pres Jimmy Carter & Rosalind Carter in Atlanta, GA...leaning down toward them and singing "Respectable".

What's the source for this story? Just curious.

Except that Carter was President in '78.

Rolling Stone magazine, which at the time had a reporter on the road with the Stones. I believe it was the Fox theater in Atlanta, one of 2 small theaters they played as "warmups" for the actual tour. The other "warmup" was the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ...which I was fortunate to attend...my personal "holy grail".
