For example I want to play along SFTD I watch now on on Dvd.In general is there any way to erase Keith's guitar so as not to confuse me while I try to make my one improvisation?Any ideas to keep just the basic rythm?

I don't think you can do it with a regular released DVD unless you mess with the EQ radically. And you will still not eliminate anyhting, just get rid of certain ranges and make everyhting else sound lousy.
They actually make exactly what you are looking for. Kind of the equivalent of Karaoke for guitar. What I would do is buy the magazines: Guitar Player or Guitar Wolrd. And look for ads in there. They are all over the place. You get a DVD with audio, rhythm tracks, tricks, insights, even top guys showing you how to do it LOL.
