Not a Social Distortion fan? I'd have thought they'd have played around your neck of the woods a few times.

They're okay. I saw them at San Diego Street Scene 2001 but never really felt compelled to go out of my way to see them. I've stayed in quite a bit the last 5 or 6 weeks and also got caught up listening to the Springsteen Giants/Spectrum/MSG shows.

Though my habits have somewhat changed from going to a lot of gigs to just hanging out at the Redwood and checking out whoever is playing there.

Bruce Springsteen - the best concert of my life, I wrote it here many times before, so I won't go into details here again..

B.B. King - very nice. Somehow sentimental, but great. If I was 0,5m closer, I would have shaked hands with B.B.

Jerry Lee Lewis - I really enjoyed that one, I was just in the right mood that night...

U2 2x - great 2 concerts. The one in Berlin was really special - I was some 7 meters from the stage...but Bruce was still way better :-)

Depeche Mode 2x -well...they are really good...despite of wat some people here will say

Per Gessle - very nice intimate club gig. Very enjoyable

Madonna - got a ticket for 10 Euro, so I went. I am happy I saw the show, but it was enough and I would not pay more

Pink - didn't expect much, but it was actually surprisingly good. Would be even better without the costume changes and all the theatre around.

I regret I didn't see Bruce more times, I regret I didn't make it to any of the McCartey shows

Paul Weller - Coolest @#$%& ever. Played a great set.

Neil Young - Best gig overall probably. The man is incredible, a force of nature. Manages to shift from very heavy rock to soft country/folk songs and it always works perfectly.

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - Everybody knows Bruce and his band rock, and nobody needs telling.

Oasis - A few weeks before they split and I'm glad I got the chance to see them. It was their best tour in years and Liam was on top form.

Only saw two concerts this year: Judas Priest and the Doobie Brothers. Both were some of the best concerts I ever been to. Had tickets to Mick T's show in MA, but he unfortunetly had had to cancel.
