one or two of the ones they don't perform might sound a little dated now - Cool Calm & Collected comes to mind. but that's just why/because they don't play it. :E
Respectable, for one. Hell - the line about the "easiest lay on the White House lawn" sounds more '90s than '70s! Really, though - as far as the instrumentation, arrangement, the recording, and the structure of the song itself, it could be from almost any part of their career.
The organ dates JJF a tiny bit, otherwise, I'd put that one in. Same with the horns on HTW.
Tattoo You is probably their most timeless sounding album taken as a whole.
As for their most dated albums . . . well, Satanic Majesties would be too easy.
Exile doesn't sound dated at all, but the drugged-out early '70s vibe is definitely of a certain time and place.
I'd go with Goat's Head or IORR - Exhibit A: excessive wah wah and clavinet abuse.
