What is he saying? Actually, half the problem here is the actual sound quality of the clip. It is terrible, which makes it even more difficult to understand.

Well, it´s about the "new album" Undercover ;-)
Keith mainly says that U. is a relative of Beggars Banquet,
because it´s full of social and political statements. The rest
is mumbling at its best!

Hey, give Keith a break. To me it looks as if a poor video tape is beeing played back and the whole thing is beeing filmed of a TV set. You can't understand the interviewer either. Maybe the person who did this upload was not able to transfer from VHS to some kind of digital video format.
