cardiff - what time tickets office opens in the day of the show

I'm trying to find out the answer to this question and ticketmaster doesn't know, the venue doesn't care to answer. Where are the tickets offices where some of us will have to collect tickets? and do you know time they open on 29th August, the day of the show?
