Ticketmaster surprises

As I have received a message that I have to pick up the Tickets for Glasgow and Sheffield and London at the ticket office on the day at the venue I felt very surprised that I received today the Tickets for Sheffield!

Anybody has the same experience??? I live in Switzerland

The VERY(!) same happened to me. I just came home and found an envelope with the four tickets that I had ordered for the Twickenham show. However, about three weeks ago, I called Ticketmaster, only to find out that they would not send the tickets. Instead, they told me I would have to pick them up outside the venue.

But today, they were in my mail... And btw, I also live in Switzerland...

Two tickets for first Twicks show have been delivered. The pair for the second show shall be collected at box office. Work that one out.
