Is that the regular price or street price?

That is REALLY high compared to the US price. The were selling for roughly 197 euros here.

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

I don't feel like looking right now.

Perhaps it's more expensive because there are fewer spots, I can't remember if they're using the same stages.

makes no sense - but then, with the Stones, what does?

In the US, these tickets were, what, $250 and $75?

Whatever they were they certainly werent anywhere near the most expensive ticket in the venue

yet in Europe theyre 2-3 times more expensive than the priciest seat. Who in their right mind is going to pay that at this stage for shows where most tickets were easy to get?

They make it sound so attractive to us, dont they?

Yeah Gazza, it doesn't make sense.

These tickets were $250, I believe that the highest price regular tickets were in the $450 area.

I really enjoyed the onstage seats, but no way would I have bought them for >$700, well maybe if I wasn't a single mom and had money to spare I would. It was pretty fun.

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

I posted on this the other day...it is quite the turn around from the USA, and I just cannot see paying the price for the experience, I will keep my FOS thank you. Had they been the price they were in America, a freind and I were going to do it just for the experience, but not now.

Most expensive MSG was almost 500 USD including taxes and handling fee. The on stage thing didn't do it for me. You feel so much like just a spectator, peeping in, while in the first rows - you're more like a participant.

yeah, it's weird indeed that it's so expensive in Europe - on the other hand, the front rows in North America
were reserved seating, not standing in the best spot you're physically capable of defending,
which in a way makes the onstage spots more attractive in certain respects.
(i like standing FOS just fine, mind you - just don't appreciate being elbowed aside by more physically aggressive types.)
and i suppose it's possible that they've spiffed up the "onstage experience" somehow -
at least they shouldn't have the problem of overcrowded boxes at these prices ...
