how to contact getgo?

Hi
Is there a way to contact getgo or eventim? There is only hilfe/kontakt button but it only directs to a FAQ section. I would like to order tickets from them but don't want to pay 34,90 for the delivery to Poland which is just rubbish as it is probably not more than 5 EUR (3,50 in Germany from both eventim and getgo). The option suitable is "World" and that price comes up.

Adam, I would offer you to get it sent to my address (I live in Germany) and I would send it to your address in Poland for 3 or 4 Euros (registered mail). Or we could meet before the show if it is a show I will also attend. Contact me privately if you are interested.
