i don't get it; a yank network sitcom for a fall season debut would have to start shooting in the summer...usually, sometime in july would be typical for this kind of thing to start production i think...maybe a little later...but the sets should be rigged and set to go by then one would think. so fall tour and being a sitcom star, i don't quite get how he's worked all that out yet, not that he didn't, or couldn't...
i better shut up...i'm helplessly cynical about this at this particular point.

he's producing this or a working actor with a regular character in it?

The producers have said they'll work around Mick's schedule, as they did when they shot the pilot in a hotel in New Zealand when Mick was there for the recent concerts. And he won't actually be seen in every episode.

Maybe they'll have some of Mick's scenes shot in world-wide locations. Since it's a show somewhat about Mick Jagger, this would seem to portray his real lifestyle.

Prefer an 8 hour version of "PERFORMANCE" cut up for weekly insertion. The best acting Mick's EVER done was playing Turner (Ned Kelly was OK) after that it's been the "Madonna School of Acting" I'm afraid...COME NOW, GENTLEMEN/YOUR LOVE IS ALL I CRAVE/YOU'LL STILL BE IN THE CIRCUS/WHEN I'M LAUGHING - LAUGHING IN MY GRAVE.....(Memo From Turner - Soundtrack version of course)...

I hope to never have to watch it...

Mick isn't the main character, the early reports were the storyline is built around the actual plan by two blue collar workers to rob Mick Jagger.

What was he doing in this.....sitcom !!! I prefer coconut.

I just read in the New York Post that ABC will announce tommorrow news about the sitcom. It states that due to Keith's injury that Jagger will be free this summer and fall.

Free this Summer and Fall? Maybe Madonna and Mick can do a remake of "Bonnie and Clyde" - make it a musical comedy this time.....
