Re: if you had the choice to do the best "unreleased"-tracks on one album?

Boy, I'd have to break it up into eras like the Beatles' Anthology series (tho the Stones have a LOT more actual unreleased songs & performances, seeing they didn't break up in 1970) - early set might have the March '63 IBC sessions, when Stu was officially in the band, some of the BBC material, especially unreleased covers - like the great version of Bo Diddley's Cops & Robbers, or Fanny Mae - and the '64 Chess outtakes are terrific. Some of my favorites from later in the 60s include 'Looking Tired' (late '65), and I loved 'Blood Red Wine' ('68) from the first time I heard it; 'Still a Fool' and just below those many very strong outtakes from the late 60s into the Mick Taylor era, and I'd include the song they played only once live, at Hyde Park, Johnny Winter's 'Im Yours She's Mine' (sorry about butchering the title, don't have either version at hand). Live, we need to mix & master a series of great concert recordings from various stages for official release. I love '@#$%& Blues' - the orig. and the deliciously electric version from the 78 rehearsals. By Some Girls & Emotional Rescue they have lots of great outtakes, 10 minute killer version of When the Whip Comes Down, 'We Had It All', 'Let's Go Steady,' etc etc. How can I stop? They need a curator as the Dead had with Dick's Picks and their scores of other releases since Garcia's death.
