well they screwed me over really well - there wasn't anywhere to enter membership code? at the start of the presale it said max of 4 tix for Sydney, which was then changed to the correct amount after 30 minutes (being 12, i wanted8) but after i'd attempted to purchase 2 x 4 it wouldn't allow me to do so at any point? i'm really sad about this - i've ended up with 4 tickets, and no option to get any more now, even though they've changed the number you can buy to the right amount

how very sad this has been - can anhyone explain why there was no field to enter RS.com membership code?

someone really needs rooting for this, for diehard fans who wait so long for this, it's so disappointing - the rest of my fam will have to go visa pre sale i suppose

good advice, CindyC ... and meanwhile: some people are saying on rs.com that they got tickets for Sydney without being pre-may-9th members
so there was clearly a pretty big screw-up. if you can't use your passcode now, then complain to ultrastar - they might come up with some way to remedy it.
there was a similar screw-up with one of the MSG shows and if i recall right in the end they did right by people, after a lot of hassling around.

you are not going to believe this - when i had no joy getting my allotment, I rang my sister, got her up with a view to stepping her through the membership process to buy tix -

She didn't even have to join RS.COM and managed to purchase 4 tickets in the pre 9/5 presale?

I'm happy they at least got tix, but we're not together because of some idiot which is such a shame.

I also must say I feel for actual fan club members when someone can purchase fan club tix this easily

Or maybe Keef will take a break from shooting those water rats and do it.

Just got 4 tickets row 6 for western springs ,for $100 a ticket .thanks gazza and others for the info from previous shows .Best price gold worked.

if you were allowed 12, wouldnt that be the VISA presale and not the rs.com sale?

No way would you be allowed to buy that many on the rs.com presale. on the AMEX presale in the UK, you could buy up to 12.

"Please note that the presale ticket limit will be 12 tickets per member for the Sydney, Auckland and Wellington shows.
The ticket limit will remain 4 for all other shows."

weird, huh.

I would be here all night if I had to catalogue the number of rs.com eff-ups I alone have experienced so far during the course of this tour. AND I'm still waiting for refunds after three months. AND they haven't replied to my latest complaint about it. Not that their replies are worth anything - they are just standard and generally ignore any direct questions.

But the reply is not very helpful.

contact your credit card company and have them investigate the refund request. it won't take long after that. i'm about to request another one too...
