If you are looking for excellent soundquality:

- San Diego 11-10-69
- Leeds 03-13-71
- Ft.Worth & HoustonĀ“72 ("You CanĀ“t Do That Baby" - Ladies & Gentlemen soundtrack)
- Brussels 10-17-73 (1st show)
- Ft. Worth 07-18-78

If you are looking for the all time greatest performances:

- MSG 11-27-69
- Tuscaloosa 06-28-72
- Knoxville 07-07-72
- London 09-09-73
- Atlanta 07-30-75

If you are looking for good/very good performances in the best possible quality:

- MSG 11-27-69
- Paris 09-23-70
- Charlotte 07-06-72
- Philly 07-20&21-72
- Los Angeles 07-13-75

So many great ones--but for "firsts"


1) San Diego 1969
2) Ladies and Gentlemen Texas '72--if you are only getting one, get this.
3) Breussels '73
4) LA 1975
5) Memphis 1978


Not a bad start.

Best part is have not even addressed the studio ones which is equally as cool.

As a "sixth" get the Paris '77 SG outakes---the stuff they left in the can is mind blowing.

Good choices. Copenhagen 70 is a good one. Casino Boogie 99 is good too along with Gorgeous Girls Redux and Brussles Affair.
