Right on Leonard! And finally! How about the woven chord playing between Kr and Ronnie in JJF and smokin' interplay on It's Only Rock n' Roll...

Great thread, good thinkin. I agree, totally.
But I also believe they had a chance to save some
of the worse f*ck-ups with the delay.

I thought the sound was very very good and probably better then anyone had a right to expect given the size of the venue. Plus, outdoor gigs generally never sound all that great to me, the sound just seems to get lost, so all things considered, the sound guys/gals really deserve alot of credit.

right on Leonard, we just listend to the CD; I burned minutes ago, at my local pub - it sounds awsome when played loud & with friends who didn't catch it. They caught fire.

might note, I put some compressor on the soundfile (ultramaximizer+)
gives it even more punch

In my local, they have internet access for free & I'll have another beer here - hehe
cheers

Overall it was a good mix. But I thought keith was too low for the first several songs. At some point he was brought up. Luckily ron was having a good night, b/c he was coming through much more clearly.

Hmm. When I listen to IORR on aol.com, all I can hear for the first few bars is Chuck's honky-tonky-rinky-dinky piano.

Good statement Leonard (sometimes I got a bit tired of the discusions what is good and what is bad)
Be glad that not all concerts sounds like 69 and 73 "times they are a changing"

Nico
