a decent pop song. nothing more and nothing less. to call it "among there [sic] best work" seems bizarre to me.

I love how Mick snarls "the truth is OUT" in the first line - a sign of things to come! He really came into his own in '65-'66.

Ditto - I think it's a brilliant song, and I prefer how Jagger used to sing then instead of his over-pronunciation now.

Never heard this one until I picked up the London Singles collection. While
the mid-sixties is far from my favorite period, I really like this one and Sad Day. I think both those tunes hold up really well. That having been said they were really a very different band back then, very commercial and clearly a "singles" band.
