Is there someone that speaks some spanish and can translate? This is a mail I got today probably about the ticket distribution in Barcelona.

Sjouke

Apreciado Sr. Hoving,

Sjouke: it basically says that you can EITHER get them from any "hole in the wall" Servicaixa machine anytime after having paid for them by inserting the credit card you used for the transaction, OR pick them up from the concert venue ticket booth the same day of the concert.

However, this is a standard electronic response to your initial email, and it has been sent by a no doubt extremely nice and charming Spaniard, who unfortunately does not know his arse from his elbow, so forget about it!

So far the general Servicaixa response has been that it is far too early for them to know the exact arrangements, but that IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS WITH A NON-SPANISH CREDIT CARD AND ARE A FOREIGNER, you HAVE to pick up your tickets with the credit card, passport and a printed confirmation email from Servicaixa the SAME DAY OF THE CONCERT, and ONLY from the concert venue.

The more people write complaint emails to RS.com about this, the more likely they are to get their combined arses in gear and to allow us fans to pick up the tickets one day earlier, so that if you feel like wasting another day of your life queueing all day for the Stones, only to find all the Fanasylum crowd hugging the entire FOS area, you can do so.

There's a thread about this somewhere, with a model of the email in Spanish, use the search engine and key in "Niebla", he kindly corrected my original letter...

Johanna
