What were the official tour names for the all tours prior to 1989?

For example was the 1981/1982 tour called Still Life Tour?

The '75 US tour was simply called "Tour of the Americas", '72 tour the "American Tour"....'78 "Rolling Stones Tour?"

81/82 definitely wasn't called the Still Life Tour -
technically it was two tours, and i guess they were called the US Tour 1981 and the European Tour 1982.

the 2005 tour is called:

89 = steel wheels tour
90 = urban Jungle tour
94 = Voodoo lounge tour
95 = Voodoo Lounge tour
97 = Bridges to Babylon tour
98 = bridges to Babylon tour
99 = No Security tour ( arena tour in USA only)
99 = Bridges to Babylon tour ( in europe only)
02 = Licks tour or 40 licks tour
03 = Licks tour or 40 licks tour
05 = On Stage tour for some weeks only ( at the tour announcement during the PC)
05 = A Bigger Bang tour
06 = A Bigger Bang tour
...
09 = Showdown tour
