RS.com says : join now. How can you buy tickets using your post 9th membership? Code given months ago is invalid. But you can't buy tickets through RS.com.

In an article in a belgian newspaper announcing the tour the reporter is talking about the machine not being stopped by not so positive reviews in the US till now (??). Also he mentions that ticket prices (100 eur) have almost doubled since 2003. So he doesn't expect a rush on tickets like recently Robbie Williams and Coldplay.
