10 most maligned / trashed Stones songs

Up to date must be (in no particular order)

1. Miss You
2. Streets of Love
3. Anybody seen my baby
4. Emotional Resucue
5. Sing this all together

Not the worst but most controversial, criticized etc

Yeah I'm sure I got it 100% right if 1000 diehards polled these would be the 5

Candidates to round out to 5-10 on many's lists but not as agreed with first five listed.

The others: Sweet Neo Con, Back to Zero, Fool to Cry, Hot Stuff, Too Much Blood, Continental Drift, We Love You Thats probably a good guestimation one ones most debate, passion or lack therof. Am I correct?

Yes I agree those 2 more maligned than We Love you. I did say I wasn't sure of like 6-12 but Still Say i must be absolutely right regarding top 5. Not that its rocket science to oinpoint those 5 just read the board regularly eh? Thanks for the 2 additions soul

We Love You has no business being on such a list, switch that one for SUCK on the Jugular and youre close.

Well Suck on Jugular just sucks but not controversal etc aforementioned. Not saying Love you sucks but it polarizes many. Whereas Suck on Jugular most feel just sucks. Do you get my drift? I did forget Juiced though as the techno element stirred up lots of debate & polorizes a great many. These are just my observations. Wasn't a garbage or suck list. That would be easier I think Some of those I posted I personally like

My "top Stones songs I can't stand" (fortunately it is a short list):

1. Streets Of Love
2. Always Suffering
3. Already Over Me
4. Blinded By Love
5. Break The Spell
6. Blinded By Rainbows
7. Gomper
8. In Another Land
9. Sing This All Together
10. Sweethearts Together
11. Baby Break It Down

So as you can see, I'm not a fan of most of Satanic Majesties, or of a lot of the ballads they have been doing from 1989 until now.

But I quite like Miss You (although it has been played to death in concert, but so have a lot of others), Anybody Seen My Baby, Hot Stuff, We Love You and Continental Drift. I like Emotional Rescue pretty well because I regard it as a tongue in cheek parody of disco, although some don't agree with that assessment. Sweet Neo Con, Fool to Cry and Back To Zero I would say are good but not great. Never understood why so many people hate Back To Zero. Too Much Blood is ok, I can take it or leave it.

Back to Zero is the winner for sure!

EASILY the most maligned stones song is "You Got Me Rockin'"...

Also happens to be a GREAT Live Song, regardless of what the YGMR haters think of it...

They always load up their dream setlists with "drop YGMR", then get report after report of how it kicked the concert into a higher gear and came off really well. From the first time I heard it on the VooDoo Lounge Tour I knew it was a keeper, especially in stadiums.

"It's just that demon life has got me in it's sway..."
