Rarities... new album being released

This album includes songs from the Stones from 1971 through today... Is it a way to make more money or what? All the songs can be found on all of their albums... Is it necessary to have 10 times the same songs on different albums just because it has a different name or a different cover? The album will be released nationwide in November but one can also get it at Starbucks... You can learn more on checking up NEWS on this website.
