It is a great song.I want to know whether the initial music of the song is played on guitar or keboards.To me it sounds like keyboards.

According to the album credits all three of them play guitar on the track: Mick Jagger as well as Keith Richards as well as Ronnie Wood. And there is some bass guitar by Darryl Jones, too.
