Four Flicks question

I recently watched the Tip of the Tongue documentary from the Four Flicks DVD box set and had a question to ask. When the boys are in the studio recording Don't Stop, there's a person in the background with long black hair and a hat on. He's also got a headset on and yet he's just bopping his head to the song. Who is this person? Is it back-up singer Blondie Chaplin with long hair (if it is indeed long hair)? This person looks like Jack White from the White Stripes imo but I don't think it is. If this seems like a dumb question sorry but I was just curious as to who that was. Thanks.
