I got one or two live versions of it (I recall one is from Rio or Buenos Aires 1998 if I am not wrong). Because my CDs are at another place I could send it to you in a few days - but maybe someone else is faster.

They played it in Amsterdam in 1998.
It is at least on 2 bootlegs, Babylon Four from the Floor (VGP) and in the Amsterdam Boxset featured here :

For what it's worth, they played it the second night in Chicago...Sepetmber 25th...not exactly the best stadium concert song - I missed the real piano and strings...
