good stuff. love this one. woody gets two guitar breaks (makes up for not getting any work on some of the cuts, I guess). reference to Sgt. Pepper's and (Lennon's?) Lost Weekend...hmmmm.....

I'd rather hear Laugh I Nearly Died. Seems to me it could be jammed out very well. Sortof a CYHMK jam that just lasts forever. Granted most people would probably go for a beer run but I'd stick around for the whole thing.

I sure wouldn't hit the can on this one (LIND) either. You're right, they could really open this one up if they wanted.

Did you see the Fenway video of BOMH? I thought Charlie's interplay was very interesting-really picked this one up a notch (not that it needed it), a bit different from the studio offering?

well - on the studio track, Charlie's merely using the bass drum....

I think it sounds a little too much like INXS.. But it's still a pretty good song.

BOMH is great. The studio track sounds killer. Live its even better. I thought it had kindof a weak start on the vid but when the drums kick in suddenly the song has a push it didnt have before. Gotta love Charlie. In the world of the Stones Charlie can do no wrong. When everyone else goofs he's still there holding everything together.

That's what I like about this CD - there are a lot of great songs on it that grow on you with each listen. My personal favorite is LWTCDI - all the best elements of Undercover, Miss You and Crotch Music combined into one great song. Superb guitars, and a healthy dose of swagger and attitude. I'm sure this would be a tremendous song played live.
