well it's going at 110 kbps here! too bad start me up isn't fully on there..

It'll be uploaded on Rocks Off in a couple of hours in lossless form and obviously stonefan will offer it on rockpassion for those who want it on mp3 instead, so that should keep everyone satisfied regardless of what format they prefer

Theres no rush...every show that becomes available will be offered for free

just one thing for those of you who download it and who arent familiar with how all this works..when youre finished downloading it and other shows, PLEASE keep the download running for a few hours to help other fans get it too...try and upload the same amount that you download...its all about sharing. (You can still listen to the show or burn it to CDR even while you leave the 'window' open for others to download)

There will probably be an alternate version in due course which will contain the full version of Start Me Up...if there is, no doubt it'll be uploaded too

Gary, is there a place at Rocks Off where primates can learn how to upload...
Tried it several times, but it sort of gets nowhere...

I havent figured out how to seed a show myself yet but Ive managed to download about 250 GB worth of torrents since December despite that - and all you need to do to help your share ratio is try and leave your download open after its complete for a few hours tin order to upload a similar amount to what youve downloaded...

check the thread thats "stickied" at the top of the message board which is specifically dedicated to bit torrents and you should be able to pick up enough tips to get by...

it sounds a little baffling at first but with the right programs downloaded once you get the hang of it, its quite easy

But I´ve began to learn to let the torrent run open; I´ll keep doing that.

I tried to suggest to you all a few months ago to learn how to bit torrent - 'cos I knew the day would come when you'd all be clamoring to get a copy of these shows. but, nobody would listen to me....

How do you open the FLAC files?

you need to uncompress them into wav files - there is freeware out there to do that - I used a tool called FLAC Frontend....easy to use.

Just finshed downloading. Too tired to listen to it completely now. Sound quality is "so la la", some fades, quite noisy audience. She's So Cold sounds absolutely cool to me, Night Time is a wonderful R'n'B Show!!!!! All in all it sounds promising - let's hope for soundboards/broadcasts later on tour!

Have listened to some of the songs; it sure aint
the best sound, but who would ´ve thought so.

I will give my reviews tomorrow afternoon -
but I cant wait until Stonefan´s version is ready.
This @#$%& FLAC-format takes a lot of space.

listening right now too - not bad - but sounds very "windswept" although I don't think that's the actual problem with the recording. Very unbalanced though - tough to listen to in headphones. Performance sounds about as I expected - pretty rough, but it was opening night. lotsa blown cues. guitars do seem a bit more up front. the gal with the "vision issue" shoulda shut up until after BOMH....jeez....
